* Plat manager for a large sub-division with responsibility for marketing, sales volume, promotion, staffing, and all negotiations between purchases and the developers.
* Broad experience selling: residential homes, waterfront homes, residential condominiums, time-share condominiums, residential lots, vacation lots, residential subdivisions and commercial properties.
* Successfully involved with extensive and lengthy real estate transactions ranging from small lots up to a large $42,000,000 acquisition of various stores belonging to a large hardware company.

Consulting
Conducts research and analysis projects concerning Real Estate trends and issues for area builders and developers. The information is used in the planning, size, type, quality, and price of residential development.
Author of a quarterly newsletter which provided the numbers for current sales, listings, average sales prices and the breakdown of how many homes are selling in various price ranges. Feature articles address important issues such as land use regulations, underground oil tanks and environmental concerns, and banking regulations. These real issues affect the availability of buildable lots in any community.
