Not all Real Estate offices are created equal and size isn't always the difference. There is a lot of consolidation going on today where small offices are being swallowed up by bigger offices. 'Bigger' offers name recognition which helps agents who are beginners, muddlers and part-timers. The big company has pre-made brochures, handouts, forms, better training, corporate life style and a slicker presentation which can look impressive. There is a lot of hype about big name offices.
